Resin bound surfacing projects across the UK
The photos above are just a small selection of the driveways, paths, patios and commercial surfaces we have installed. We are a family-owned and managed company, established in 2008. Our work ranges from single domestic driveways to large commercial schemes for local authorities, hospitals, schools, holiday parks and developers.
Driveways and homes
Many of our domestic projects start with a tired tarmac, block paved or loose gravel drive. For some we lay a resin bound overlay straight onto a sound existing surface. Others need a full dig-out and new base first. Examples include driveways in Oxford, Cheltenham, the Cotswolds and Cambridgeshire, each finished in a UV stable resin in a blend chosen to suit the property.
Commercial and public spaces
On the commercial side we have surfaced car parks, courtyards, podium decks and pathways. Projects include the Almshouses car park in Oxford, podium decks in Barking and resident pathways for Bellway Homes in Chertsey. We have also worked at Nine Elms Point in Vauxhall and at the Dragon School play area in Oxford.
Why resin bound?
Every resin bound surface we lay is permeable and SuDS compliant, so water drains through rather than running off. There are no loose stones, it is low maintenance, and you can walk or drive on it the next day. With a wide range of blends and a bespoke blending service, we can match or contrast almost any setting.
From small paths to large estates
No job is too small or too large. At one end are a 55m² resin bound overlay on a concrete path and a 65m² extension at St John’s Church, Burford. At the other are more than 1,300m² of driveway and pathways around a Great Hall set in 24 acres of gardens, 550m² of car parking at Dowdeswell near Cheltenham, and the 1,350m² play area at Dragon School in Oxford.

Blends used in our projects
Every project in the gallery uses a blend chosen for its setting. Examples include Sienna, whose touch of red sits well against brickwork, Dune on a long pathway and drive, Haybale on an Oxford driveway, and Riviera on a Cotswolds drive. We used Nordic Pearl and Brittany Bronze at the Oxford Almshouses, Desert Gold at St John’s Church in Burford and a Cotswolds mews, and Riverbed for retirement homes in Cheltenham.
